Hello, I have so much anxiety with everything going on. I live in Wharton for work, but I’m from Houston. So i go quite often to visit my mom who is coping and struggling with my step father who has Dementia. It’s getting worse all the time and is taking a toll on all of us. He is 88 as of this weekend.

I have a daughter who is bipolar and not on medication. She is 37 and has been physically abused by her boyfriend, black eyes and broken arm but still can’t seem to break away from him. I get those 3 am calls and i never know what’s going on.

My anxiety is through the roof and my diabetes and blood pressure are definitely not liking it one bit. I feel so out of control. I’m an over thinker and it’s exhausting. I need peace in my life. Just to get by day to day, because i feel like I’m going to fall into an abyss of depression.
